After a year-long separation, the Seattle Seahawks and linebacker Bobby Wagner have reunited with an agreement of one year for $7 million.
Jordan Schultz from The Score had the scoop first on Saturday. Despite all that has evolved since Wagner was part of the Los Angeles Rams last season, many people he closely collaborated with over recent years are still situated at Seattle’s team camp.
Quandre Diggs, safety for the Seahawks took to Twitter on Saturday to react humorously about Wagner’s reunion with Seattle. He was one of the first to break this news and had been trying his best since the day Wagner left to bring him back home. His fellow teammates showed their support through funny posts that lit up Twitter.
Tweet from Quandre Diggs:
“According to my sources future hall of famer LB Bobby Wagner has agreed to terms to return home to the Seattle Seahawks. Seahawks fill a huge need in the middle of their defense!”
Tweet from Tyler Lockett:
“Guess who’s back……… back again……”
Tweet from Will Dissly:
Absolute HYPE!!! @Bwagz is back!!!
At Gambla, we can’t wait to see the fruits of this reunion.
