Last season, Floyd played in all 17 games for the struggling Los Angeles Rams. He finished the 2022 campaign with 59 tackles, ten tackles for loss, 22 quarterback hits, and nine sacks. His 22 QB hits would be a career-high.

During his three-year stint with the Rams, Floyd was a key part of the elite 2021 defense. He played on the opposite side of Von Miller, and the duo was a nightmare for opposing quarterbacks.

While they may be out on potentially receiving Hopkins, Floyd will prove to be a key addition to the defense. With the chemistry that he and Miller built during their time together on the Rams, this could end up being a season in which Floyd is able to turn back the clock despite being set to turn 31 in the 2023 season.
