Los Angeles Rams’ future Hall of Fame defensive tackle Aaron Donald took to Instagram to flex his newest watch. The Richard Mille RM 010 clocks in at a mind-boggling $154,000. With Donald set to make $13.5 million next season on top of a $15 million signing bonus, there could be more extravagant purchases in the near future.
On the field, Donald finds himself in a very awkward spot with the potentially rebuilding Los Angeles Rams. He along with many of the team’s star veterans suffered injuries that would go on to cut their seasons short. As a result of this, the Rams struggled to a 5-12 record just one year after winning the Super Bowl.
Many speculated that Donald would retire after the 2022 season ended, however, all signs up to this point have indicated that he will make a return next year. With his contract being as large as it is, many contending teams are unable to justify giving up valuable assets and moving the necessary pieces to fit him into their salary cap.
Regardless of how the rest of the offseason plays out for Donald, he will still go down as arguably the greatest defensive tackle of all time and will certainly have a spot in the Hall of Fame waiting for him after retirement.
